 CBT  is a talk therapy which does not put much emphasis on the past, but looks at the immediate beliefs and behaviours of the client.  Behaviour therapy emphasizes the relationships between personal problems and the way that an individual behaves / reacts and thinks. It helps make sense of overwhelming problems by breaking them down into smaller parts. It is a solution based therapy and focuses more upon thinking in a healthier, more positive way to achieve a happier more successful life and ultimately changing negative behaviours, situations and reactions to both or around other people and
oneself.
 
My physical rehabilitation work has its basis in Pilates and is ideal for sports related and other injuries or physical difficulties or for those merely looking to improve their strength, flexibility and core.
